A monodrama doesn’t have to be monotonous! In this workshop, we’ll explore various examples and techniques used to create compelling one-person shows. Taking inspiration from contemporary and classical artists, participants will develop and leave with a stage concept for a future show and a draft of a central monologue. Established playwright? Awesome! Never written a word in your life? Also awesome! Artists and arts enthusiasts of all ages are encouraged to bring a concept or two they’re passionate about and jump right in with us.
